JPMorgan reduced its stake in Plus500
Plus500 has issued a report to inform on a transaction in its shares.
A Notification of Major Interest in Shares shows that JPMorgan has reduced its holding in Plus500 to 6.66% by selling 1,491,359 Ordinary Shares from the 9,147,434 shares JPMorgan was holding.
After the transaction, JPMorgan holds 7,656,075 shares in Plus500.
This holding is distributed to :
- JP Morgan Asset Management Holdings (UK) Limited holds 2.29%
- J.P. Morgan Securities plc holds 4.36%.
