The Financial Regulator of Malta warns for a Forex broker provider

The Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) has issued a warning to inform investors and public that the Authority has become aware of an entity operating under the name of MXTrade.

MXTrade is a brand owned and operated by or associated with a Malta registered company Grizzly Limited with a registered office at Floor 5, 115A, Msida Valley Road, Birkirkara BKR 9024, Malta (formerly at Suite 4, Number 62/63, Morina Court, Gorg Borg Oliver Street, St. Julians STJ 1081, Malta). MXTrade has an internet presence at https://www.mxtrade.com/ and describes itself as one of the leading forex brokers and offers a range of trading services including forex, metal trading and CFDs.

The MFSA wishes to alert the public, in Malta and abroad, that MXTrade and/or Grizzly Limited are NOT licenced or otherwise authorised by the MFSA to provide any investment or other financial services which are required to be licenced or otherwise authorised under Maltese law.

The MFSA strongly advises investors and consumers of financial services that prior to making any investment or entering into any financial services transaction they should ascertain that the entity with whom the investment or transaction is being made is authorised to provide such services by the MFSA or another financial services regulatory authority as applicable.
