Axioma Names Jacqueline Gaillard as Managing Director, People & Talent
Axioma, a leading provider of enterprise market risk and portfolio management solutions, today announced the appointment of Jacqueline Gaillard as Managing Director, People & Talent. Gaillard was previously Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Talent Management at International Securities Exchange (ISE), the first all-electronic U.S. options exchange.

Gaillard served as ISE’s Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Talent Management since 2011 during a period of substantial change, after having joined the firm in 2003 as Head of Human Resources. Earlier in her career she was Vice President Human Resources at Reed Business Information, after holding a number of HR positions in the fashion apparel industry.
Gaillard holds an M.A. in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois and a B.A. in Environmental Design and Planning from the University of Buffalo.
