CySec informs that two Administrative Services Providers waived their authorisation

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySec) has issued today two announcements to inform that two firms providing Administrative Services waived their authorisation.

According the CySec’s announcement, the firms Providing Administrative Services, Zoeline Consultants Ltd and Westring Consulting Services Ltd waived their authorization pursuant to section 16(1) of the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012, as in force (the ‘Law’).

Pursuant to section 16(3) of the Law, the two firms are obliged to settle within a period of three (3) months, from 12th January 2018, their obligations arising from the administrative services that lapsed.

It is noted that, in accordance with section 16(4) of the Law, the two firms remain under the supervision of the CySec until their compliance with any of their outstanding obligations.
