Terms and Conditions for Advertisers

Below are the basic general terms applicable to advertisements published through the Onestopbrokers.com (the Website). You declare that you have read, understood and accept these terms.

General Terms

1. Advertisements must be paid in advance before publication unless agreed otherwise between the advertiser and GP ONESTOPBROKER.
2. The following are the means of payment which we accept:
   1. Bank transfer/deposit in GP Global Ltd’s bank account.
   2. Cheque
   3. Any other method agreed between you and GP ONESTOPBROKER.
3. GP ONESTOPBROKER, as owner of the Website, maintains the right not to accept or to stop publishing any advertisement and in this case to refund any money paid by analogy to the time period of the advertisement.
4. GP ONESTOPBROKER maintains the right to amend the pricing of future advertisements; nevertheless, this shall not affect current advertisement agreements.
5. The advertiser shall be liable for the contents (including the text, graphics and banners) and shall be responsible for any claims and damage caused to GP ONESTOPBROKER resulting in any manner from the publication of any advertisement by the advertiser in the Website.
6. GP ONESTOPBROKER does not undertake any responsibility for its failure to publish any advertisement for any technical reason.
7. Graphics, text and banners provided for reproduction purposes are made available by the advertiser under the sole responsibility of the advertiser.
8. GP ONESTOPBROKER shall not be responsible and does not undertake any liability for loss or damage caused to the initial advertising material supplied. In the event that any advertisement contains any matter, text or graphics that are deemed unacceptable, and which are considered by GP ONESTOPBROKER that they need to be changed or removed, then the advertiser shall be notified.
9. GP ONESTOPBROKER shall not be liable in any event where a user of the Website uses the services provided by any advertiser or for any service provided through a Link.
