FCA warning against unauthorised firms
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the British regulator, has issued a warning against:
- ‘Ignite Boilers Limited’ (Address: 138 Barcombe Road, London SW2 3BB)
- ‘Aberdeen Trust’ (www.aberdeentrust.com),
- ‘Capital Resource Development Company’ (www.crdevelopmentcompany.com )
The warning recommends that the public exercises extreme caution when dealing with these companies, since is not permitted to provide any financial services or products. Therefore, FCA warns that these firms is neither regulated nor authorised by the FCA. Moreover FCA strongly advises investors to only deal with consumer credit firms that have interim permission or are authorised by the British regulator.
