Surrender of Licence by Swissquote Financial Services (Malta) Limited
Malta Financial Services Authority issued a notice informing the general public that:
Swissquote Financial Services (Malta) Limited (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Category 3 Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request.
The surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 9 February 2015, the MFSA accepted the surrender of the Company’s Category 3 Investment Services Licence.
