PwC expands its Debt & Capital Advisory team with three hires

PwC is has made further investment in its Debt & Capital Advisory business with the appointment of three experienced bankers, meaning that the firm now has one of the largest debt advisory teams in the market focusing on UK and EMEA mandates.

Barry Greyling joins from Investec Debt Capital Markets. Louise O’Sullivan and Ben Johnson join from BNP Acquisition Finance and RBS Leverage Finance respectively. Barry and Louise join as Assistant Directors and Ben will join as a Manager. These roles will be further supplemented by three additional team hires to provide additional junior support.

John Williams will be leading the enlarged business, supported by the existing senior team of seven partners and directors.

The additions to the team  will help us address the opportunities which are now flowing through on the back of the expected growth in the UK economy.”
