FSC Mauritius announced termination of Management Licenses
The Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (“FSC Mauritius”) has issued press releases to inform about companies surrendered and terminated their Management License
The companies surrended their Management License are:
1) VILLIERS MANAGEMENT LIMITED bearing licence number MC12000143 and having its registered
address at C/o Apex Fund Services (Mauritius) Ltd, 4th Floor, Raffles Tower, 19 Cybercity, Ebene
2) PORTCULLIS TRUSTNET (MAURITIUS) LTD, bearing licence number MC98004653 and having its
registered address at 10th Floor, Raffles Tower ,19 Cybercity, Ebene
Furher to the above companies, FSC informs that Foresite Fund Management Limited, bearing licence number AM08000105 and having its registered address at No. 5, President John Kennedy Street, Port Louis has terminated its Asset Management Licence with effect from 30 June 2015.
