CySec informs in relation to the announcement of Hungarian supervisory Authority for a specific Cyprus Investment Firm
CySec wants to clarify in relation to an announcement issued last Thursday by the competent supervisory Authority of Hungary (Magyar Nemzeti Bank) and subsequent press reports, that:

- The announcement by the Hungarian supervisory Authority was issued following consultation with the CySec.
- In relation to investor complaints against the said company, the CySec, as it has already announced on 6 August 2015, is investigating potential violations of the Legislation by the specific Cyprus Investment Firm.
- The aforementioned investigation is ongoing, and therefore, at present there isn’t anything to announce. The CySec will inform investors of further developments, if deemed necessary.
