Preferential creditor dividend
The Joint Special Administrators have announced a dividend to preferential creditors of 100p in the £ (GBP) (“the Preferential Dividend”) i.e. all agreed preferential claims will be paid in full.
Preferential creditors should shortly receive a cheque in the post for their agreed amount.
