GAIN Capital Provides Update on Status of Form 10-K Filing
GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: GCAP; “GAIN” or “the Company”), a global provider of online trading services, today provided an update regarding the filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015 (the “10-K”). GAIN announced that it is working to complete the formal process relating to its restatement of certain technical tax items in its previously issued financial statements and intends to file the 10-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the coming days. GAIN does not believe that there will be any material differences between the financial results and other information contained in the 10-K and that which was included in GAIN’s March 15, 2016 announcement of its financial results.
