KTM Industries lists its shares on SIX Swiss Exchange

KTM Industries AG (KTMI), a global automotive niche player from Austria, has decided on a primary listing on SIX Swiss Exchange. The company’s shares are already traded on the Vienna Stock Exchange. As of today, they are also traded on the Swiss Exchange. Through the listing on SIX Swiss Exchange, KTM Industries AG expects a better access to Swiss and international institutional investors. With well-known brands, such as KTM, Husqvarna Motorcycles, WP and Pankl, KTM Industries AG is a technological and market leader in its segments.

Shares in KTM Industries AG are listed in the International Reporting Standard. The opening price on SIX Swiss Exchange was CHF 4.90. Based on this price, the market capitalization of the listed shares amounts to CHF 1,104 billion. The issued share capital of KTM Industries comprises 225’386’742 no-par-value ordinary bearer shares. A public offering of the company’s securities has not taken place.
