Cyprus Securities and exchange commission (cysec)

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySec) the Cypriot financial regulatory authority, has issued an announcement giving the Dragon Capital (Cyprus) Ltd company the administrative fine of €12.000.

CySec highlights that the fine given to Dragon Capital (Cyprus) Ltd is for the violation of The Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Law of 2007, as in force, and Directive DI144-2007-08 of 2012 for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing
