CySec: Abolishment of requirement to publish an Annual Bulletin
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySec) has issued a circular informing the investors that, according to the recent amendments to the Public Offer and Prospectus Law of 2005 (L.114(Ι)/2005) with L.63(Ι)/2013, the requirement for reparation and publication of the Annual Bulletin, that was provided for by Article 17 of the said Law, is abolished.
The abolition of the requirement is a result of the harmonization of the Cyprus legislation with Directive 2010/73/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24th November 2010.
Moreover, the Commission would like to inform you that the Circulars No. E01/2006 and E(2007-01), which related to the Annual Bulletin, are no longer in force.
