FCA warning for a clone company
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the British financial regulatory authority, has issued a Warning informing the investors that “IAF Capital Limited” (http://en.iafcap.com) is the Clone of FCA authorised firm “IAF Capital Limited” (http://www.iafcapital.com).
FCA points out that investors should be cautious since the clone company is neither regulated nor authorised by the FCA.
