CySec: acquisition of Administrative Services Providers (ASP) licence
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySec), the Cypriot financial regulatory authority, has announced that the following firms have successfully obtained the CySec licence to operate as Administrative Services Providers (ASP):
- Cyproman Services Ltd
- V.M.L. Venture Management Ltd
- Feldmans Management (Overseas) Limited
- EG Corporate Services Limited
Therefore, they are now authorised to operate legally under the supervision of CySec and to offer administrative services.
