CySec: acquisition of Administrative Services Providers (ASP) licence
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySec), the Cypriot financial regulatory authority, has announced that “Halman Consultans (Overseas) Limited” successfully obtained the CySec licence to operate as Administrative Services Provider (ASP):
Therefore, the firm is now authorised to operate legally under the supervision of CySec and to offer administrative services.
