The MFSA (Malta Financial Services Authority) wishes to alert the public, in Malta and abroad, that Finexten Transition, a fund which is being marketed as a sub-fund of Finexten SICAV P.L.C., is NOT a company registered in Malta NOR is it an entity licenced by the MFSA to provide any type of financial service. Accordingly, the MFSA warns the public against entering into any transactions or otherwise dealing with this entity.

The MFSA reminds consumers of financial services not to enter into any financial services transaction unless they have ascertained that the entity with whom the transaction is being made holds a licence or is otherwise authorised to provide such services from the MFSA or another reputable financial services regulator.

A list of entities licensed and authorised by the MFSA is available from the Malta Financial Services Authority, and can be viewed on the MFSA website.
