ESMA invites investors to open hearing on market abuse
The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) will hold an open hearing on the issues raised in the two recently published Consultation papers on draft Technical Standards and on possible implementing measures on the Market Abuse Regulation.
ESMA is seeking input from investors that deal in financial instruments and emission allowances subject to the Market Abuse Regulation, issuers of instruments in the scope of the Regulation, financial intermediaries and operators of trading venues and participants in the emission allowances markets.
The hearing will be held on Wednesday 8 October 2014 from 13.30 to 17.30 CET and is open to all. The registration will be online.
