Danish regulator warns against unauthorised firm
The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has been informed that Ventures GB (www.venturesgb.com) unsolicited has offered to carry out financial services in Denmark. The company’s address is Calle Pinar 5, 28006 Madrid, Spain.
Ventures GB does not have authorisation from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with the Financial Business Act to carry out such services in Denmark.
The company has not been notified in Denmark from any foreign Financial Supervisory Authority.
