CySec Announces 22 authorisations

Cyprus Securities and exchange commission (cysec)

The Board of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, announces to grant to the following companies a Cyprus Investment Firm authorisation. Granting authorisation to the below companies was decided during its meetings between May – October 2014.

  • 13. HOLIWAY INVESTMENTS LIMITED
  • 14. CAPITAL INDEX (CYPRUS) LIMITED

It is noted that the above companies before their activation, must establish an implement all the measures committed before the Commission, in order to comply with the requirements of the Law.
