China foreign direct investment jumps 22%
China attracted $10.36 billion worth of foreign direct investment in November, up 22.2% from a year earlier, the Ministry of Commerce said in a statement Tuesday.
The figure was also up from October’s $8.53 billion, which was 1.3% higher than a year earlier.
Foreign direct investment in the January-November period was up 0.7% from a year earlier at $106.24 billion.
Non-financial overseas direct investment rose 11.9% from a year earlier in the first 11 months of this year to $89.8 billion.
