Hellenic Bank in Cyprus announced share capital increase
With an announcement, Hellenic Bank informs that:
The Bank has successfully completed the share capital increase that commenced in November 2014, raising Euro 204 million and covering 92% of the target set in an adverse and challenging economic environment.
As a result of the above, the issued and fully paid share capital of the Bank becomes 9.388.395.900 Ordinary Shares of nominal value Euro 0.01 each.
