SpiderLogic and PKF Cooper Parry form Joint Venture 

Ground-breaking JV with leading American custom software provider

Business advisory firm PKF Cooper Parry has formed a ground-breaking joint venture with leading American custom software provider SpiderLogic – enabling both firms to boost expertise and increase international reach.

The move is expected to greatly enhance the Midlands-based PKF Cooper Parry profile overseas. The joint venture company, PKF SpiderLogic Ltd, will launch when the two firms jointly support a mutual international client’s technology solutions.

PKF SpiderLogic Ltd will be 50% owned by each company. The alliance will provide UK and European clients the benefit of a global team harnessing the firms’ broad experience and expertise.

Brett Critchley, head of IT for PKF Cooper Parry, said that the relationship with SpiderLogic was sparked through PKF International, a worldwide network the firm joined more than a year ago.

Brett said: “It was evident that the two firms would provide the perfect fit and the joint venture company will provide a combined approach to how we work with clients.”

SpiderLogic, which employs 300 IT professionals across the US and India, is the information technology services division of Wipfli LLP, a PKF member and one of the top 20 accounting and consulting firms in the US.

The accounting and consulting firm is in Microsoft’s top one per cent of Dynamics partners, providing world-class solutions to a number of well-known global businesses. PKF Cooper Parry has its own growing IT solutions team with a rapidly expanding client base.
