The B2 Group provides integration layer for FUNDcom users 

Equinoxe users realise benefits of seamless transaction processing

The B2 Group, provider of cloud based Payments, Investment Funds and FX automation software and consultancy solutions for Transaction Banks, Administrators, Fund Companies and Corporates across the globe, announced today the successful deployment of their FUNDcom integration project at Equinoxe Alternative Investment Services.

Users of the Canadian FundSERV Service use the FUNDcom account query tool as an integral part of their customer service activities to access key information in real time such as account owner, beneficiaries, account demographic information, holdings details as well as transaction status, summary and also historical transaction records as well as more specific funds pricing history (NAV).

The challenge for Fund Administrators like Equinoxe is the integration layer between their customer data system or systems and the FUNDcom system.

In simple terms, B2 provides a seamless and secure integration layer between the Fund Administrators’ client data and FundSERV, the business-to-business electronic network that services the Canadian investment industry. This in turn provides straight through processing for trading and settlement as well as real-time queries using FUNDcom whilst enabling Administrators to achieve that integration without any change to either their internal Transfer Agency or other IT systems. Administrators are also unaffected by market changes in the future, as the B2 solution protects them from this with regular upgrades to both FundSERV and FUNDcom.
