SS&C’s institutional broker-dealer order management system positions FBN for growth
SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:SSNC), a global provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, today announced FBN Securities (FBN) selected SS&C MarketTrader™ as its Order Management System (OMS). The boutique institutional brokerage firm which provides their clients with a variety of services including equity and derivative execution, investment research, comprehensive trading strategies, corporate access, capital introduction, and syndicate services uses the platform to support their growing business.
FBN, established in 1983, is an independent broker dealer and a member of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). FBN required a comprehensive, cost-effective solution for their order and execution management needs. FBN selected MarketTrader to operate more efficiently at every step of the trading process: from order capture (via FIX or manually) to execution, transaction and compliance reporting.
