Playtech results of placing 29,050,000 new ordinary shares
Playtech has issued an announcement to inform regarding the completion of the placing announced earlier today.

The full amount of 29,050,000 new ordinary shares of no par value each (the “Placing Shares”) have been placed at a price of 780 pence per Placing Share, by Canaccord Genuity Limited as Sponsor and Joint Bookrunner and UBS Limited as Joint Bookrunner (together the “Joint Bookrunners”), raising gross proceeds of approximately £227 million (before expenses).
Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited has acted as Lead Manager to the Placing. The Placing Shares being issued represent approximately 9.9% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company prior to the Placing.
