MFSA: Extension of period of Suspension of Listing and Trading
The Listing Authority refers to its announcement dated 17th April 2015 which notified the market that the listing and trading of Global Capital plc (the Company) securities, namely: [i] MT0000l7OlOl GlobalCapital p.l.c. – Ordinary Shares €0.291 172; and [ii] MT0000073412 – Bonds 5.6% GlobalCapital plc € 2014/16, were suspended with immediate effect.
The suspension of listing and trading referred to above will be extended for an additional 10 working days from the expiration of the latest suspension period, i.e. until the 14th July, 2015.
