The Central Bank of Russia issued notices on cancelling licences of professional securities market participants
Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the licences of professional securities market participants to carry out broker, dealer activity, securities management and depository activity.
The companies are:
1) Aurora Capital
2) IFK Perspektiva
3) Avangard Invest
4) Lex Invest Financial Company
The reasons to take the decisions to cancel the licences were the repeated violation within a year of the requirements of Russian securities legislation.
