The Financial Services and Markets Authority of Belgium warns against various “bolier rooms”
UNAUTHORIZED INVESTMENT SERVICES: BOILER ROOMS
FSMA, the financial regulator of Belgium, has issued a press release to warn public for investment firms or credit institutions that are not authorised in Belgium and may not under any circumstances offer investment services in or from Belgium.
These companies are: Green Seed Capital and CDH Investments, United Global Trading, Gemsasia Investments Corporation, Burton Financial Planners, Euro Asia Invest, Moss Securities and Excel Management
The FSMA thus strongly advises against responding to any offers of financial services made by these companies and against transferring money to any account number they might mention.
FSMA wishes to reiterate that boiler room fraud is a form of fraud that involves contacting consumers unasked, often by telephone, offering to sell them little-known shares or exotic financial products.
