Financial Services and Markets Authority of Belgium warns for unauthorised firms

The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) has issued press releases to warn public against the activities of not authorized investment firms.

1) Axis Investment Group
Axis Investment Group is not an authorized investment firm in Belgium. It is therefore not allowed to provide investment services in or from Belgium.
According to the information available to the FSMA, this may be a form of “boiler room” fraud.
Axis Investment Group claims to be located in Hong Kong, 1A Floor 39, Queen’s Road, Central and uses the website www.axisinvestmentgroup.com.

2) Experia Management Group
Experia Management Group is not an authorized investment firm in Belgium. It is therefore not allowed to provide investment services in or from Belgium.
According to the information available to the FSMA, this may be a form of “boiler room” fraud.
Experia Management Group claims to be located in Hong Kong, Enterprise Square Three, 39 Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon and uses the website www.experia-group.com.

3) The Geyser Bank company
The Geyser Bank company (http://geyserbank.finance) describes itself on its website as “authorized by the FSMA (Financial Services and Markets Authority) as a portfolio management and investment advice company”.
However, this company is not an authorized investment firm or credit institution in Belgium. It is therefore not allowed to provide banking and/or investment services (including, namely, investment advice and portfolio management) in or from Belgium.
Moreover, this company is using the term ‘bank’ unlawfully in Belgium.
