Playtech announced that the recommended acquisition of Ava Trade was duly passed
Playtech has issued a press release to inform that:
At a General Meeting of Playtech shareholders held earlier today in connection with the recommended acquisition of Ava Trade Ltd. (the “Acquisition”) by the Company, the resolution proposed was duly passed on a poll.
For information, the votes cast were as follows:
Playtech informs that Completion of the Acquisition remains subject to certain conditions but is expected to complete no later than 30 September 2015.
