Accounting Firms movements: Agreements, Acquisitions and additions
EY’s member firm Ernst &Young Advisory has acquired Bluestone Consulting, an analytics and big data consultancy based in France. Bluestone provides data visualization, statistical engineering techniques and expertise to businesses’ operations in the marketing, finance and risk domains. The additional resources will aid EY across assurance, advisory, tax and law services practices.
GGI has added a new Armenian firm, Art-Lar Finance and Accounting. The company specialises outsource accounting, internal audit, legal services, external audit, consultancy, and HR management. It has a multilingual staff of 150.
MSI Global Alliance has announced the admission of two new member firms in Latin America, accounting firmChacon Nuñez, which has offices in Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic and in Isla Margarita in Venezuela, and law firm Núñez Noble which is based in Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic.
PKF International has entered into a global agreement with data analytics and continuous monitoring software company, CaseWare IDEA Inc. The agreement will facilitate PKF International’s other member firm’s access to CaseWare’s data analysis software product, IDEA.
RSM has added new firms in two countries, Strategic Audit d.o.o and Strategic Advisory d.o.o based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Ehso Audit LLC in the capital city of Tajikistan, Dushanbe.
