Baker Tilly acquires Employer Services Ltd
As of today, Employer Services Ltd has officially been acquired by Baker Tilly as an additional Payroll service to their company.
Baker Tilly is an independent firm of chartered accountants and business advisers and are one of the three principal mid-market accountancy firms, with almost 3,500 partners and staff generating a fee income of over £300 million. They are a national firm with a network of offices across the UK, making them a local firm with national strength.
This deal will compliment Baker Tilly’s employer solution service and allow Employer Services to become a part of something much larger, providing greater resource and new opportunities.
Managing Director of Employer Services Stuart Hall, who will take on a consulting role within the firm said, ‘We are delighted with the sale to Baker Tilly. They share our service culture and conduct their business in the same diligent way that has characterised esl as a leader in the payroll industry.’
