CONSOB warns for unauthorised investment firms
The Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (Consob), the regulatory authority of Italy, has issued an announcement to inform public and investors for firms not authorised to provide investment services and business in Italy.
CONSOB warns for the below companies:
- the companies Groupe Markets Ltd, Fxcb Limited, Capital Markets Limited and Fxcb Capital Markets Limited are not authorised to provide investment services and business in Italy in any way, including through the website www.fxcapitalbank.com;
- the companies My Leads 24 Ltd and My Educational Leads Ltd are not authorised to provide investment services and business in Italy in any way, including through the website www.brokeroption.com;
- the company Grizzly Limited is not authorised to provide investment or other services in Italy in any way, including through the website www.tradingbanks.com.
