CONSOB warns for pfxbank and fx-inter
The Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa(CONSOB), the regulatory authority of Italy, has issued an announcement to inform public and investors for firms not authorised to provide investment services and business in Italy.
CONSOB warns for the below companies:
Dgx System Ltd, CRLink Limited and Aldo Solutions Doo – Inter Global Ltd e Globe Inter Ltd
According to CONSOB report:
- the companies DGX System Ltd, CRLink Limited and Aldo Solutions Doo are not authorised to carry out investment services and business in Italy in any way, including through the website www.pfxbank.com;
- the companies Inter Global Ltd and Globe Inter Ltd are not authorised to provide investment services and business in Italy in any way, including through the website www.fx-inter.com.
The National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange reports that unknown subjects have been sending emails, unlawfully using the Consob name and logo, asking for the payment of amounts of money, suggesting the disbursement of alleged loans. Please note that these messages have nothing to do with Consob, nor have they been authorised by it. The Institute does not, in fact, have the powers to disburse loans or authorise other subjects to disburse them.
