IFSC Belize issued a warning notice regarding YieldOptions
The International Financial Services Commission of Belize (IFSC Belize) has issued a warning to inform that:
It has come to the notice of the International Financial Services Commission of Belize (IFSC Belize) that an entity calling itself ‘YieldOptions’, owned by HSBO Capital Ltd. is fraudulently claiming to hold a trading in financial and commodity-based derivative instruments and other securities licence issued by the Samoa International Financial Authority.
The Licence No. IFSC/60/241/TS/14 carrying its name and purporting to be signed by Mr. Gian C. Gandhi, the former Director General of International Financial Services Commission of Belize is a complete forgery.
IFSC urges investors and public to take note and exercise extreme caution.
