CySec announced Αppointment of the Provisional Liquidator of the company Trademarker (Cyprus) Ltd
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySec) has issued an announcement to inform the following in relation to the company TRADEMARKER (CYPRUS) LTD (the «Company»):
Upon the request of the company General Technic Limited, a decree was issued on the 11.07.2016 and 12.07.2016 from the District Court of Limassol, as amended on the 21.07.2016 (the «Decree») which, inter alia:
– Appoints Mr. Andrea Andronikou from Larnaka as the Provisional Liquidator of the Company (the «Provisional Liquidator»).
– Authorizes the Provisional Liquidator, inter allia, and always in accordance to the written instructions of the CySec, to take all necessary measures for the return of all the funds, which are located in bank accounts of the Company and / or located in Clients’ Accounts (CLIENT’S ACCOUNT) of the Company, and which belong to the Company’s clients.
– Restricts, inter alia, the powers of the Provisional Liquidator in returning to the Company’s clients, always in accordance with the written instructions of the CySec, the client funds which are located in bank accounts of the Company and/or in Clients’ Accounts, which do not belong to the Company.
The CySec, with a letter dated 05.08.2016 gave all necessary instructions to the Provisional Liquidator and requested the return of all the funds belonging to the Company’s Clients.
