IFSC warns that XMAXBIT posted forged company certificate
The International Financial Services Commission of Belize (IFSC) has issued a warning to inform that:
It has come to the notice of the International Financial Services Commission of Belize (IFSC) that an entity calling itself ‘XMAXBIT’, is falsely and fraudulently claiming to be an International Business Company registered in Belize.
The Certificate of Incorporation No.804124 carrying its name and purporting to be an International Business Company incorporated in Belize, posted on its website, http://xmaxbit.com/ is a complete forgery.
According the warning, this entity is not licensed/regulated by the International Financial Services Commission (IFSC) or any other competent authority in Belize to conduct any type of trading business.
IFSC urges investors and public to take note and exercise extreme caution.
