Update on Alpari (UK) Limited in special administration
The Joint Special Administrators of Alpari (UK) Limited issued an important update regarding distribution of client money.
According the announcement published for Client Money:
Following the Joint Special Administrators obtaining an order from the Court to approve the mechanics of closing the client money pool, we have adjudicated all claims, and sent notices of full or partial rejection where we consider it appropriate. One very significant client creditor has appealed our partrejection of its claim. A timetable has been set for the hearing, but the court is unable to hear the case until a date between 9-11 May 2017. We are therefore unable to distribute the remaining client money funds until after the judgement has been given.
