CySec informs that domains/websites were inadvertently included in past warning for unauthorized domains/websites
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySec) has issued an announcement to inform the investors and the public at large that the domains www.aaafx.com, www.zulutrade.com,1 www.admiralmarkets.com2 and www.yesfx.com.cy3 were inadvertently included in the Αnnex of the announcement issued by CySEC on 13th December 2016 titled “Warning regarding unauthorized domains/websites.”
CySec urges investors to be duly cautious and to consult its website, to confirm the list of approved (http://www.cysec.gov.cy/entities/investment-firms/approved-domains/) and not approved (http://www.cysec.gov.cy/el-GR/complaints/non-approved-domains/) by CySec domains/websites.
1Triple A Experts CIF, which maintains the domains www.aaafx.com and www.zulutrade.com, is authorized by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission for the provision of investment services and provides cross-border investment services in Cyprus.
2Admiral Markets UK Ltd, which maintains the domain www.admiralmarkets.com, is authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority of the United Kingdom for the provision of investment services and provides cross-border investment services in Cyprus.
3Yesfx Ltd, which maintains the domain www.yesfx.com.cy, does not provide investment services that require an authorization by CySec.
