International law firm launch an alliance with a law firm in Singapore 

Ashurst launches Formal Law Alliance with ADTLaw in Singapore

The alliance, which has received approval from the Legal Services Regulatory Authority of Singapore, will operate under the name Ashurst ADTLaw.

ADTLaw, formerly known as ADTvance Law, is a Singapore law firm with expertise in complex arbitration and civil litigation, corporate and M&A transactions, banking and finance, including derivatives and structured products. The firm was founded by Dawn Tan, who was previously a partner at Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP, and has worked at the Supreme Court of Singapore and the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
