CySEC announced that an Administrative Services Provider waived its authorisation

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (‘CySEC’) announces that, on 31st December 2017, the Company Providing Administrative Services Veinard Gelingen Ltd (the ‘Company’), waived its authorisation pursuant to section 16(1) of the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012, as in force (the ‘Law’).

Therefore, the Company’s authorisation with Νumber 18/196, which was granted by CySEC, lapsed as from the aforementioned date and CySEC has permanently deleted Veinard Galingen Ltd from the Register.

It is noted that, in accordance with section 16(4) of the Law, the Company remains under the supervision of CySEC until its compliance with any of its outstanding obligations.
