Playtech’s latest announcement regarding Plus500 acquisition
Playtech plc has issued an announcement to inform that the Resolution To approve the acquisition of Plus500 Ltd passed at the Company’s General Meeting held this morning, 19th August 2015. The resolution put to the meeting was duly passed on a poll.
The votes cast were as follows:
Completion of the Acquisition remains subject to certain conditions, including regulatory approvals, but is expected to complete no later than 30 September 2015.
