CySEC informs that three Companies providing Administrative Services waived their license 

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has issued an announcement to inform that, on 30th March 2018, 26th April 2018 and 30th April 2018 the Companies providing Administrative Services Margelore Management Ltd, Interquick Ltd and NSC Global Corporate Services Ltd waived their authorisation pursuant to section 16(1) of the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012, as in force (the ‘Law’).

Therefore, Margelore Management Ltd authorisation with Νumber 124/196, Interquick Ltd authorisation with Νumber 134/196 and NSC Global Corporate Services Ltd authorisation with Νumber 185/196 lapsed and CySEC has permanently deleted them from the Register.

CySEC noted that in accordance with section 16(4) of the Law, the Companies remain under the supervision of CySEC until their compliance with any of their outstanding obligations.

CySEC also informs that:

Margelore Management Ltd continues its activity in the field of providing administrative services as an eligible person under the supervision of The Institute of Certified Public Accounts of Cyprus (ICPAC),

Interquick Ltd continues its activity in the field of providing administrative services as an eligible person under the supervision of the Cyprus Bar Association, and

NSC Global Corporate Services Ltd continues its activity in the field of providing administrative services as an eligible person under the supervision of The Institute of Certified Public Accounts of Cyprus (ICPAC).
