CySec: Two Administrative Services Providers waived their authorization

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySec) has issued press releases to announce that the authorization of two Administrative Services Providers (ASP) lapsed.

According the CySec’s announcements the ASP companies:

1) Suxess Management Ltd; and

2) Amiltrust Cyprus Ltd

waived their authorization pursuant to section 16(1) of the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012, as in force.

Therefore, Suxess Management Ltd authorization with Number 115/196 lapsed as from 3rd of February 2017 and Amiltrust Cyprus Ltd with Number 118/196 lapsed as from 17th January 2017.

As from the aforementioned dates, CySec has permanently deleted Suxess Management Ltd and Amiltrust Cyprus Ltd from the Register.

It is noted that, in accordance with section 16(4) of the Law, the two companies remain under the supervision of the CySec until its compliance with any of its outstanding obligations.

The two companies continue their activity in the field of providing administrative services as eligible person under the supervision of the Cyprus Bar Association.
