FSA: Guidelines for Supervision of Financial Market Infrastructures
The Financial Services Agency (FSA), the Japanese regulatory authority, has issued a series of Comprehensive Guidelines for Supervision of Financial Market Infrastructures, as part of the efforts toward “better regulation”.
