CySec: acquisition of licences
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySec), the Cypriot financial regulatory authority, has announced that the following companies have successfully obtained the CySec licence as ASPs:
- MMG Trust (Cyprus) Ltd
- Pageserve Limited
- Forpost Corporate Services Ltd
Therefore, they are now authorised to operate legally under the supervision of CySec and to offer investment, financial and administrative services to potential customers.
