FCA warning for a clone firm
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the British financial regulatory authority, has issued a Warning informing the investors that “AXA Investment Managers” (www.axa-im.co.uk) is the clone firm of the FCA authorised firm “AXA Investment Managers UK Ltd” (www.axa-im.co.uk, retail.axa-im.co.uk).
Therefore, FCA alerts the investors to the above FCA authorised firm that fraudsters are claiming to work for has no association with the ‘clone firm’.
